Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Our shipping is AED 30. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above AED 250.

How can I get same-day delivery?

Same day delivery is currently only available for orders placed before 1pm and for delivery in Abu Dhabi.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the seven emirates, consisting of: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm AlQuwain

How long does delivery take?

Abu Dhabi Only:

- Enjoy Express 4-hour delivery if order is placed before 5pm . Only applicable to city areas of Abu Dhabi . To see areas covered by Express 4 - hour please see our Shipping Policy .

- Same day delivery applicable if order is placed before 13pm .

Other Emirates:


- We offer next day delivery to all 7 Emirates for all orders placed and paid for before 2:30pm.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

I want to change my delivery address, what should I do?

To change your delivery time or address, please get in touch with the Customer Care team and they will aim to fulfil your request as soon as possible.

I am still waiting for my parcel.

For any delayed orders in, please visit the Contact Us section and send us an e-mail with your order number and your concern. Our team will look into your request and back to you in 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

Refund & Return Policy

A Refund or Return can be possible only after the customer receives the products and, He or She wishes to make a return or refund, due to ;

-Inappropriate or open product packaging

-Inappropriate product type

Exchange & store credit in form of a gift voucher may be possible after approval from our PEACH customer service department.

If your return & refund is approved by our PEACH customer service department you will recieve a gift voucher to use on our PEACH website to the value of the returned item exclusive of shipping costs.


We will be happy to offer store credit in the form of a gift voucher, exchange or replacement within seven (7)days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Any products that are not sealed with cellophane plastic will not be eligible for return.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Yes! We offer both cash and card on delivery, as well as payment online.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Whilst creating an account is always a better idea, you may checkout as a guest as well.

Can I cancel my order?

I have received my parcel, but there is a problem. What should I do?

For wrong items received, please visit the Contact Us section and send us an e-mail with your order number and the incorrect items information. Our team will look into your request and back to you in 1-2 business days.
