Expired item /not able to reach customer support

To be honest im first time experiencing something like this. Product is not usable , smells bad , it changed color to pale yellow. And the most annoying/ disappointing thing is that i have wrote 3 mails to report this and nobody ever got back to me. Unfortunately i can’t recommend Peach store �‍♀️Thank you.
